Zhuzhou Jinggong cemented carbide Co., Ltd. was established in May 2001. It is a high-tech enterprise and a new material enterprise in Hunan Province. In February 2010, "zzjg" trademark was recognized as a famous trademark in Hunan Province. The company is located in Zhuzhou national high tech Development Zone. It is a high-tech joint-stock enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales of cemented carbide. The main products are: cemented carbide fine products, cutting blades, mold materials, mining tools, non-standard shaped and so on. At present, the company has a set of mature technology, training and training a high-quality production, marketing, enterprise management team, established a mature production process and management system. The company has 160 employees, including 67 with college degree or above, accounting for 41.8% of the total number of employees.

(1) Protection of rights and interests of shareholders and creditors
